The challenge for this customer is the large quantity structure: The authority has more than 160,000 clients and provides more than 250 applications, 150 of which are in-house developments, on more than 10,000 servers. More than 58 million printed pages, 49 million e-mails, 12 million letters and 17 million transfers with a volume of 8 billion euros are processed every month. More than a million customers access the agency's online services every day. Our employees support and advise the more than 2,000 employees in the IT department of the authority.
